Great Variety - Good Flavor

I have tried many different services and they all are great. But what makes Factor different is that it changes your the dishes so I don’t get tired of a common ingredients used in multiple recipes over months. I haven’t gotten bored yet and I have minimal waste!! I eat them all!!

Are my pre-packaged meals frozen?

No. Our ready-made meals are always fresh, never frozen. Your meals arrive in insulated boxes filled with frozen gel packs designed to keep your food at the proper refrigerated temperatures during transit. We recommend putting them in the fridge or freezer once you receive them.

When you say 'no-prep', what does that mean?

Every meal we send your way comes fully prepared - no prep work necessary. All you need to do is pop in the microwave or oven for a few minutes to enjoy a deliciously healthy meal that leaves you satisfied.

How healthy are the meals?
