Fibre-rich, complex carbs are found in grains, legumes, fruits, and vegetables. These help regulate blood sugar and cholesterol levels, support digestion, and provide steady energy and satiety.
Protein:
Protein from sources like meat, fish, tofu, legumes, and dairy helps with muscle repair, tissue health, and keeping you fuller for longer.
Fat:
Healthy fats from oils, nuts, seeds, and fish aid in vitamin absorption, boost brain health, and enhance both flavour and satiety.

We want you to feel good about the ingredients on your plate. That’s why we carefully select high-quality ingredients, following strict standards to ensure every bite is packed with nutrition and free from unnecessary extras.

Our team evaluates each ingredient through a comprehensive approval process, considering its health impact, safety, efficacy, and alignment with consumer expectations and the latest nutritional science. Out of more than 500 assessed ingredients, we’ve excluded over 160 to meet our rigorous nutritional benchmarks.

This commitment extends to every element of our meals, from the core ingredients we choose to the care we take in preparation.

Meals with around 550 calories or fewer, designed to satisfy your hunger, while helping you manage your caloric intake.
Protein Plus:
Each meal contains 30 grams or more of protein, helping to keep you full and support muscle recovery after workouts.
Keto:
These meals are designed with over 60% fat and around or less than 15 grams of net carbohydrates, aligning with a low-carb, high-fat eating approach.
Poultry, Fish, & Veggie:
Well-balanced meals that focus on vegetables and lean proteins.
GLP-1 Balance:
Meals under 600 calories and with over 25 grams of protein to help support your GLP-1 journey.

These meals are balanced with wholesome ingredients to support any dietary lifestyle.
Vegan & Veggie:
