Our Calorie Smart meals are not designed specifically for weight loss. Instead, they are based on lower calorie counts aligned with nutrition-related goals associated with weight loss.

Does Factor offer meals that are low in calories and high in protein?

Yes. We offer a range of low-calorie, high-protein meals that fit into both Calorie Smart and Protein Plus meal plans. These meals contain around 550 calories or less and 30+ grams of protein per serving, making them a great option for those looking to manage their calorie intake while still getting plenty of protein.

How many high-protein recipes are on the weekly menu?

We update our menu weekly, with 20+ dietitian-designed high-protein recipes. Recognizing the importance of protein in achieving your health goals, our world-class chefs continuously develop delicious new meals that make it easy to stick to your high-protein diet.

Are my meals frozen?   

No. Our pre-made meals are always fresh, never frozen. Your pre-made meals arrive in insulated boxes filled with frozen gel packs designed to keep your food at the proper refrigerated temperatures during transit. We recommend putting them in the fridge or freezer once you receive them.

Can I skip a delivery week? 

Yes. We understand life changes from week to week. Simply log in to your account, select the date you'd like to skip and confirm. You'll see a pop-up to confirm you want to skip a week, and your delivery will resume the following week.
