How do I choose my meals?
You have a choice to choose your own meals We update our menu every week, with dozens of options allowing you to choose your favourite types of meals.
What if I have a special diet or allergies?
We have created our meal plans to suit certain types of popular diets. However, it’s impossible to accommodate all restrictions and allergies. You can speak to our dietician to discuss special needs and they can make recommendations.
What if I have to skip a delivery?
We understand life is hectic. That’s why you can skip anytime by pausing your delivery for that week. Just be sure to do so before the cut-off date for that order.
What if I’m not home for my delivery?
You absolutely do not have to be home when your meals arrive. You can deliver your meals to your home where they will be safely placed on your doorstep, or choose to have them delivered to your office. We also offer special solutions allowing you to add Delivery Instructions, including leaving a buzzer code to place the box inside your doorway, delivering it to a neighbour, or leaving it in the backyard where it will be out of sight.
