How does choosing my meals work?

Every week, you can browse a new menu of 30+ chef-prepared, dietitian-approved meals and a variety of add-on options. Simply choose the meals and add-ons you want and we’ll deliver them to your door.

Can I update my dietary preferences?

Absolutely. You can update your preferences at any time. We’ll show you your preferred meals first, but you’ll have access to the full menu every week. Regardless of your preferences, you can easily mix and match meals to suit your taste.

Can I change my meal plan size?

Certainly. We know life changes from week to week. If you require more or fewer meals on a weekly basis, simply adjust your meal quantity in your account settings and plans.

When and how are my meals delivered?

The delivery window for all of our carriers is from 8 AM to 8 PM on delivery day. If you won't be home, that's okay. We ship our meals in insulated boxes with ice packs that will keep the box at refrigerated temperatures for quite a long time. You can note in your delivery instructions where our carrier can leave your delivery.

Will I be locked into a contract?

Never. At Factor, we prioritize flexibility. You have the freedom to skip a week, pause your subscription or cancel your account at any time within your account settings and plans. Just remember to do so before the weekly cutoff to halt your next order.
