What's included in my weekly keto meal delivery?
Each week you'll receive fresh, completely prepared keto meals delivered straight to your doorstep. Each meal is ready-made—just pop in the microwave or oven and follow the meal-specific heating instructions to enjoy fresh, keto-friendly meals in minutes.
Are Factor's keto meals actually keto-friendly?
Yes. All our meals marked with a 'KETO' tag allow you to stay in ketosis, and contain at least 60% of calories coming from fat, approximately 20% of calories coming from protein, and 10% or fewer of your calories coming from carbohydrates.
Can I skip a delivery week?
Life changes week to week, and so can our prepared keto meal delivery service. Log in to your account, select the date you'd like to skip, and confirm. You'll see a pop-up to confirm you want to skip a week, and your delivery will resume the following week.
Are my keto pre-packaged meals frozen?
No. Our pre-made keto meals are always fresh, never frozen. Your meals arrive in insulated boxes filled with frozen gel packs designed to keep your food at the proper refrigerated temperatures during transit. We recommend putting them in the fridge or freezer once you receive them.
