Enjoying My Meals

How do I heat up the meals?
Meals can be heated in the oven or microwave! Please consult the packaging for meal-specific heating instructions. You can also click on the image of the meal on our menu page, scroll down and click on 'show Heating Instructions.' If you are heating in the oven, we recommend placing the meal container on a sheet pan so it is easy to get out once hot!
Can I heat my meals in an oven?

You certainly can! You’ll find that there are re-heating instructions for both the oven and the microwave provided right on the label of each meal container. Re-heating times are generalized, as it’s impossible for us to provide instructions specific to every individual make and model of oven or microwave!

Note: We do not recommend heating the meals in a toaster oven.

Do you offer family portions?
At this time, we do not offer family portions. We are looking to add this feature to our meals in the future, so definitely check back for updates! Currently, each meal serves one adult.
Do you change the meals on your menu?
We sure do! Our menu changes every week, and we currently add 2-3 new meals to our menu each week. After the weekly cutoff on Wednesdays at 11:59pm PT, you’ll be able to view and modify your next order from a brand-new menu that our chefs have cooked up!
Can I customize my meals?

At this time, we are unable to customize menus based on specific ingredients or macronutrient needs. However, you do have the ability to view and modify your meal selections each week and remove any meals you don’t want.

Our menu contains a full list of ingredients and nutrition label for each meal. Simply review the meals in your cart before the order cutoff on Wednesdays at 11:59 pm PT - if any meals contain an unwanted ingredient, you can remove the meal from your cart and add something else! After the weekly cutoff, we are unable to change your meals.

What if I'm unhappy with any of my meals?
