Managing my Subscription

How do I edit my order?

While we will automatically select meals for you each week based on any meal preferences indicated on your account, you are encouraged to pick and choose what we deliver anytime before our weekly cutoff, which is 11:59 pm PT on Wednesdays for delivery the following week.

To edit your order:

Click on the date of the order you'd like to edit Select 'Edit meals' and use the plus and minus icons to select or deselect meals Click on 'Save.' You'll be taken to the Add-Ons page. Choose any add-ons you'd like or click 'Skip Add-Ons.' Your meal selections will now be saved.

Note: If you'd like to see other offerings beyond this week, please visit the Weekly Menu.

How do I change my password?

Need to change your password? No problem!

On a desktop or laptop computer:

Log in to your account and visit your Account Settings page. In the password section, click 'Edit.' Input your current password. Input your new password twice. Click “Save.”

On a mobile device:

Log in to your account. Click on the horizontal lines in the top righthand corner of the page. Click on 'Settings.' Once on the 'Settings' page, click on the dropdown arrow at the top and choose 'Account Settings.' In the password section, click 'Edit.' Input your current password. Input your new password twice. Click “Save.”

If You've Forgotten Your Password

Go to the website and click LOGIN in the upper-righthand corner. Click “Forgot Password?” underneath the green Login button. Input the email address associated with your account and select “Reset Password.” You’ll soon receive an email with instructions on how to reset that pesky password and access your account again!

How do I change the email address on my account?

Just follow a few quick steps to change your delivery address:

On a desktop or laptop computer:

Log in to your account and visit your Plan Settings page. Click on 'Edit' in the Delivery section. Input your new delivery address. Click “Save.”

On a mobile device:

Log in to your account. Click on the horizontal lines in the top righthand corner of the page. Click on 'Settings.' Once on the 'Settings' page, click on the dropdown arrow at the top and choose 'Plan Settings.' Click on 'Edit' in the delivery section Input your new delivery address. Click “Save.”

Note: Addresses MUST be updated before the weekly cutoff time on Wednesdays at 11:59 pm PT.

How can I change the delivery address on my account?

How do I cancel my account?

You can turn off your subscription at any time! Please note, we are not able to modify or cancel an order that has already processed. Orders are processed immediately after our weekly cutoff, which is always 11:59 pm PT on Wednesday for delivery the following week.

Follow these steps to turn off the subscription feature on your account:

On a desktop or laptop computer:

Log in to your account and visit your Plan Settings page. Scroll down and click on 'Deactivate My Plan' in the Status section. Select one of the options or click 'Cancel Anyway.' Choose your reason for cancellation. Click on 'Deactivate Now.'

On the iOS app:

Log in to your account. Click on the horizontal lines in the top righthand corner of the page. Click on 'Settings.' Once on the 'Settings' page, click on the dropdown arrow at the top and choose 'Personal Information.' Scroll down and click on 'Delete Account'. Click on 'Continue to deactivate'. Deactivating your plan will skip your deliveries indefinitely.

How can I change the default payment method on a subscription?

To update your payment information, simply follow the steps below!

On a desktop or laptop computer:

Log in to your account and visit your Account Settings page. Click on 'Edit' in the Payment Method section. Input your new payment method. Click “Save.”

On a mobile device:

Log in to your account. Click on the horizontal lines in the top righthand corner of the page. Click on 'Settings.' Once on the 'Settings' page, click on the dropdown arrow at the top and choose 'Account Settings.' Click on 'Edit' in the Payment Method section. Input your new payment method. Click “Save.”

Please note, this change will only apply to future orders. Orders that have already been processed cannot have their payment details edited.

How do I skip a delivery?

We know life changes from week to week, so you have the ability to skip deliveries on our website. Please note, orders must be skipped prior to our weekly cutoff, which is always 11:59 pm PT on Wednesdays for delivery the following week!

On Web, log in to your account, select the date you'd like to skip and click the 'Edit Delivery' button. You'll see a pop-up, and you can click 'Skip Week'.

On app, navigate to the week you want to skip and click on the three dots at the top right corner. Then click on "Skip Week" at the top right corner.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes! With our Refer-a-Friend program, you can send your unique referral code to your friends and family members. By signing up through with this promotional code in their cart, your referral will receive up to $80 OFF and you will receive up to $20 in credits.

Note: The total value of the discount offered to the recipient is spread over four boxes, and corresponds to the size of the meal plan they choose.

What are Factor Freebies?
Factor Freebies are free meals that you earn for reaching a certain milestone with Factor! They have a $120 value: $90 off the first box, $20 off second, $10 off third, and can be shared with friends and family who have never had a Factor subscription.
What is the difference between Refer-a-Friend and Factor Freebies?

With our Refer-a-Friend program, you can send your unique referral link to your friends and family members. When they sign up, they'll receive 35% off their 1st box, 15% off their 2nd box, 12% off their 3rd box, and 10% off their 4th box, and you'll receive a $20 credit on your Factor account!

Factor Freebies are free meals that you earn for reaching a certain milestone with Factor! They have a $120 value and can be shared with friends and family who have never had a Factor subscription.

Please note that we are unable to combine these offers.

Can I earn referral credit for a new customer signing up with my Factor Freebies?
No. At this time, we are not able to combine offers, and our referral program would not be valid in conjunction with Factor Freebies.
Where can I see how many Factor Freebies I have to gift?
The number of eligible Freebies can be found by clicking on 'Get $80' at the top of your subscription dashboard. If on a mobile device, click on the 3 horizontal lines and select 'Get $80.'
Is the person I gift my Factor Freebies to required to sign up for a subscription?
When using Factor Freebies, your friend would agree to the terms and conditions of our weekly, subscription-based service. However, there is no commitment, and your friend can skip a week(s) or cancel at any time - it's quick and easy! Please note that our cutoff to cancel your subscription is the Wednesday prior to your delivery at 11:59 pm PT.
