Each week, choose from 40+ chef-prepared meals and over 20 add-on options for breakfast, drinks, and more. Your meals are delivered straight to your door in a recyclable, insulated box. Just heat, eat, and enjoy!

Are The Ready to Eat Meals Frozen?

Our meals are always fresh. We deliver ready to eat meals in insulated boxes filled with frozen gel packs designed to keep your food at refrigerated temperatures through transit. Once you receive your premade meals, you should place them in the fridge ASAP. The shelf life of our meals is 4-8 days for seafood and 6-10 days for non-seafood. Please check the printed Best Before date on the back of each meal sleeve.

Can You Accommodate My Dietary Needs?

Our menu changes weekly and we offer a variety of meals for different dietary needs and taste preferences. The types of meals include Keto, Calorie Smart, Vegetarian, Vegan, and more!

Can I Cancel My Meal Delivery Subscription Anytime?

You certainly can! We really try to make it easy to manage your subscription, so if you need to take a break from our delicious meals or you decide that Factor isn’t a fit for you, all you need to do is log into your account and you can cancel your subscription there.
