How can I change the delivery address on my account?

Just follow a few quick steps to change your delivery address:

On a desktop or laptop computer:

Log in to your account and visit your Plan Settings page. Click on 'Edit' in the Delivery section. Input your new delivery address. Click “Save.”

On a mobile device:

Log in to your account. Click on the horizontal lines in the top righthand corner of the page. Click on 'Settings.' Once on the 'Settings' page, click on the dropdown arrow at the top and choose 'Plan Settings.' Click on 'Edit' in the delivery section Input your new delivery address. Click “Save.”

Note: Addresses MUST be updated before the weekly cutoff time on Wednesdays at 11:59 pm PT.

How do I skip a delivery?

We know life changes from week to week, so you have the ability to skip deliveries on our website. Please note, orders must be skipped prior to our weekly cutoff, which is always 11:59 pm PT on Wednesdays for delivery the following week!

On Web, log in to your account, select the date you'd like to skip and click the 'Edit Delivery' button. You'll see a pop-up, and you can click 'Skip Week'.

On app, navigate to the week you want to skip and click on the three dots at the top right corner. Then click on "Skip Week" at the top right corner.

Do you deliver to my postal code?

We deliver across Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, Alberta and will be expanding quickly into other provinces.

How soon can I get my first order?
We deliver Mondays and Tuesdays, with availability depending on your postal code. Our cutoff for any new or modified orders is Wednesday at 11:59 pm PT, one week prior to delivery. Meaning, this Wednesday’s cutoff is for the food that arrives next week. After your first order, you’ll start receiving a box of food every week! You will always have until our Wednesday cutoff to modify the order, including the meal selections, plan size, and billing and shipping information. We need a week of lead time because all meals are completely made fresh-to-order by our chefs. We wait until after the cutoff to order ingredients, so we can assure our ingredients are fresh and we don't waste any food.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

You certainly can! We really try to make it easy to manage your subscription, so if you need to take a break from our delicious meals or you decide that Factor isn’t a fit for you, all you need to do is log into your account and you can cancel your subscription there.

While you can cancel at any time, cancelling your subscription does not cancel existing orders. If you cancel your subscription before the weekly cutoff time on Wednesdays at 11:59 pm PT, no automated order will be placed for delivery the following week. If you cancel your subscription after the weekly cutoff time and an automated order was placed, that order cannot be cancelled and you will receive it the following week.

How do I edit my order?

While we will automatically select meals for you each week based on any meal preferences indicated on your account, you are encouraged to pick and choose what we deliver anytime before our weekly cutoff, which is 11:59 pm PT on Wednesdays for delivery the following week.

To edit your order:

Click on the date of the order you'd like to edit Select 'Edit meals' and use the plus and minus icons to select or deselect meals Click on 'Save.' You'll be taken to the Add-Ons page. Choose any add-ons you'd like or click 'Skip Add-Ons.' Your meal selections will now be saved.

How do I change the email address on my account?

How do I cancel my account?

You can turn off your subscription at any time! Please note, we are not able to modify or cancel an order that has already processed. Orders are processed immediately after our weekly cutoff, which is always 11:59 pm PT on Wednesday for delivery the following week.

Follow these steps to turn off the subscription feature on your account:

On a desktop or laptop computer:

Log in to your account and visit your Plan Settings page. Scroll down and click on 'Deactivate My Plan' in the Status section. Select one of the options or click 'Cancel Anyway.' Choose your reason for cancellation. Click on 'Deactivate Now.'

On the iOS app:

Log in to your account. Click on the horizontal lines in the top righthand corner of the page. Click on 'Settings.' Once on the 'Settings' page, click on the dropdown arrow at the top and choose 'Personal Information.' Scroll down and click on 'Delete Account'. Click on 'Continue to deactivate'. Deactivating your plan will skip your deliveries indefinitely.

Is the person I gift my Factor Freebies to required to sign up for a subscription?
When using Factor Freebies, your friend would agree to the terms and conditions of our weekly, subscription-based service. However, there is no commitment, and your friend can skip a week(s) or cancel at any time - it's quick and easy! Please note that our cutoff to cancel your subscription is the Wednesday prior to your delivery at 11:59 pm PT.
How long do meals last?
Meals have a printed shelf life of between 5-10 days. In general, your meals will stay fresh for a full week in the fridge until your next delivery arrives. There is an ‘Enjoy By’ date printed on each of the meal sleeves.
What time of day will my meals arrive?
The delivery window for all of our carriers is from 8 AM to 8 PM on delivery day. If you won't be home, that's okay! Our insulated boxes with ice packs will keep the box at refrigerated temperatures for quite a long time and you can note in your delivery instructions where our carrier can leave your delivery.

Are meals fresh or frozen?
Always fresh! We deliver the meals in insulated boxes filled with ice packs designed to keep your food safe through transit. Once you receive your meals, you should place them in the fridge as soon as possible. Once in your fridge, meals are safe to enjoy on or before the Best Before Date on your label.
How much does Factor cost?
We offer 6 different plan sizes of 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 or 18 delicious meals delivered to you each week! Our meals start range from $12-15 per serving, depending on the number of meals you choose weekly. Visit our plans page to learn more!
How are my meals packaged?

All of our meals are delivered to you in completely BPA-free CPET individual plastic containers!

CPET stands for Crystallizable PolyEthylene Terephthalate. These plastics are safe for food storage as well as heating in the microwave or oven. They are also designated as recyclable 1, so go ahead and put them in the recycling bin after you've enjoyed the meals!

We ship our meals in insulated boxes with ice packs that will keep the box at refrigerated temperatures for up to 24 hours! We thoroughly test them in all seasons across all climates.

Keep in mind that it is normal for the ice packs to be melted by the time they arrive. This is because they release cold air into the box as they melt. The cold air does dissipate quickly when you open the box, so you should transfer the meals to the fridge immediately.

How do I store meals?

When your order is delivered, unpack your meals and slide them right into your fridge. Yep, that's it!

Note: Meals are fresh and delicious up until the Best Before Date printed on our labels.
