To start the deletion process of your account, please navigate to our website and cancel your Subscription first.

After you have completed all the above steps successfully, and sent an email to our customer support regarding your account deletion. You should receive a confirmation email in the near future when the process is complete.

Your subscription is deactivated. Your account deletion would be delayed if you have an active delivery that is on its way, or a confirmed delivery for the upcoming week. Once there are no ongoing deliveries, only then will the account deletion process be commenced.

After you have cancelled your subscription, you can request to have your account deleted. To submit your account deletion request, select `Send request` and follow the prompts to confirm.

Please note that all of your account data will be removed, including any discounts or credit. If you return to HelloFresh in the future, you'll need to create a new account.

To finalize deleting your account, we need to send an email to our customer service representatives.
