The noodles are blanketed in a rich ground pork bolognese that’s slow-simmered with fennel, garlic, oregano, red wine, and heavy cream. A blend of mozzarella and parmesan tops off the main course. On the side are roasted green beans and red bell peppers with chili and garlic dolloped with a luscious parmesan herb butter.
