  1. Remove outer sleeve & pierce film lid several times. If applicable, peel corner of film to remove cup.
  2. Microwave on full power for 3 minutes 30 seconds to 4 minutes 30 seconds.
  3. Let stand for 1 minute, peel back film, plate + enjoy!

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Remove outer sleeve, plastic film and cup (if applicable).
  3. Place tray on a baking sheet in the center of the preheated oven.
  4. Heat for 18-22 minutes.
  5. Carefully remove from oven, let cool, plate + enjoy!
