A simple grilled chicken breast topped with Monterey Jack cheese is plated over sautéed spinach with a rich sun-dried tomato alfredo sauce. Served on the side is a creamy cauliflower “rice“ gratin that’s luscious with cream cheese and more Monterey Jack cheese. It’s topped with a Parmesan almond crunch then baked until toasty brown.

  1. Remove meal sleeve, pierce clear plastic film. If applicable, peel corner of film to remove cup.
  2. Microwave meal on HIGH for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Remove meal, let cool, peel off film, plate and enjoy!

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Remove meal sleeve, plastic film, and cup (if applicable)
  3. Place tray on an oven safe baking sheet and heat for 10-15 minutes.
