Smoky BBQ Chicken Breast
with Mashed Potatoes, Creamed Corn & Green Bean Casserole

Our house recipe for barbecue sauce makes a sweet, smoky, tangy glaze that's the perfect addition to juicy, char-grilled chicken breast. The chicken is served over a bed of garlicky smashed potatoes with sour cream and butter. Sides of Parmesan-laced creamed corn and green beans with whipped herb cream cheese turn this meal into a veritable feast.
Ingredients: Yukon potatoes • Chicken breast • Green beans • Corn • Cream cheese (milk ingredients, salt, locust bean gum, bacterial culture) • Concentrated tomatoes (vine-ripened fresh tomatoes, salt, naturally derived citric acid) • Heavy cream (milk) • Whole milk • Sugar (maple syrup, molasses (sulphites)) • Butter (milk) • Water • Olive oil • Parmesan cheese (milk, modified milk ingredients, bacterial culture, salt, lipase, calcium chloride, rennet and/or microbial enzyme, powdered cellulose, parmesan flavour (natural)) • Spanish onion • Black garlic • Sea salt • Sour cream (skim milk, cream, milk protein concentrate, skim milk powder, microbial enzyme, bacterial culture) • Apple cider vinegar • Garlic powder • Onion powder • Chili powder (chili pepper, cumin, coriander, salt, oregano, garlic powder, cloves, silicon dioxide) • White pepper • Black pepper • Liquid smoke • Smoked paprika.

How to best enjoy:
MICROWAVE
- Remove meal sleeve, pierce clear plastic film. If applicable, peel corner of film to remove cup.
- Microwave meal on HIGH for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove meal, let cool, peel off film, plate and enjoy!
OVEN
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove meal sleeve, plastic film, and cup (if applicable)
- Place tray on an oven safe baking sheet and heat for 10-15 minutes.
- Carefully remove meal, let cool, plate and enjoy!
