Inspired by the sunny coast of Baja California, this vegan meal radiates with earthy spices and tender vegetables. Our smoky spice blend seasons savoury tofu that’s topped with roasted tomato salsa. Black bean-studded cilantro-lime rice and roasted red cabbage soak up the vibrant flavours. Paired are roasted zucchini and corn, plus a silky vegan cilantro crema made with tofu.

  1. Remove meal sleeve, pierce clear plastic film. If applicable, peel corner of film to remove cup.
  2. Microwave meal on HIGH for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Remove meal, let cool, peel off film, plate and enjoy!

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Remove meal sleeve, plastic film, and cup (if applicable)
  3. Place tray on an oven safe baking sheet and heat for 10-15 minutes.
