Chicken & Mushroom Marsala
with Garlic Mashed Cauliflower & Green Beans

Nothing says classic Italian-American comfort food quite like chicken marsala. Our version contains garlic and herb-marinated chicken with a mushroom-studded red wine sauce. It’s served over roasted garlic mashed cauliflower that’s made creamy with the addition of cream cheese and butter. To round out the experience, there’s a colorful side of seasoned green beans.
Ingredients: Marinated chicken (brined chicken (water, chicken breast, sea salt), olive oil, garlic (garlic, water), apple cider vinegar, parsley, thyme, black pepper) • Green beans (green beans, sea salt, black pepper, granulated garlic) • Cauliflower mash (cauliflower, cream cheese (milk ingredients, bacterial culture, salt, guar gum, locust bean gum), butter (milk), roasted garlic (olive oil, garlic), sea salt) • Marsala sauce (cabernet red wine (sulphites), red onion, butter (milk), garlic (garlic, water), tapioca starch, brown stock (veal broth, carrot, onion, tomato paste, celery, leek, garlic, spices)) • Mushrooms (cremini mushrooms, cabernet red wine (sulphites), olive oil, sea salt, thyme, black pepper).

How to best enjoy:
MICROWAVE
- Remove meal sleeve, pierce clear plastic film. If applicable, peel corner of film to remove cup.
- Microwave meal on HIGH for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove meal, let cool, peel off film, plate and enjoy!
OVEN
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove meal sleeve, plastic film, and cup (if applicable)
- Place tray on an oven safe baking sheet and heat for 10-15 minutes.
- Carefully remove meal, let cool, plate and enjoy!
