Spicy chorizo seasoning gives a major flavour boost to ground beef and pork in this keto chili that’s simmered with onions, peppers, tomato, chili powder, and cilantro. Three toppings complete this meal: a blend of cheddar and monterey jack cheeses, a sprinkling of cilantro, and an ancho lime crema for drizzling as you like. To add balance, there’s a side of savoury roasted cumin spiced broccoli.

- Microwave meal on HIGH for 2-3 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Place tray on an oven safe baking sheet and heat for 10-15 minutes.
