Our chefs brined and marinated chicken thighs in a blend of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, onion, and herbs, then roasted them until fall-apart tender. Once shredded, the meat is piled atop roasted broccoli rice and immersed in a ladleful of garlicky cream sauce (made all the richer with chicken stock and Parmesan). A side of steamed green beans gets a sprinkle of grated Parmesan, along with a knob of sun-dried tomato butter, sure to melt into a saucy puddle.

MICROWAVE

  1. Remove meal sleeve, pierce clear plastic film. If applicable, peel corner of film to remove cup.
  2. Microwave meal on HIGH for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Remove meal, let cool, peel off film, plate and enjoy!

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Remove meal sleeve, plastic film, and cup (if applicable)
  3. Place tray on an oven safe baking sheet and heat for 10-15 minutes.
