This Middle Eastern-inspired plate is all about the aromatics. Beef meatballs are loaded with spices like cumin, coriander and cinnamon, then smothered in a smoky tomato and roasted red pepper sauce. A bed of golden turmeric rice studded with sweet-tart currants helps soak up all that sauce, while alongside, carrots’ natural sweetness is highlighted with a garlic-honey glaze. Salty feta and crunchy, fragrant almond dukkah finish the dish.

- Remove meal sleeve, pierce clear plastic film. If applicable, peel corner of film to remove cup.
- Microwave meal on HIGH for 2-3 minutes.

OVEN
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Place tray on an oven safe baking sheet and heat for 10-15 minutes.
