Puerto Rican-Style Pork Chop & Rice
with Sofrito Braised Beans & Butternut Squash

Few flavours hit like mojo in this Puerto Rican inspired dish. Bright, herbaceous, and garlicky, here it brings the best out of tender pork chops, as does a tomato sauce loaded with lime, cilantro, and tons of herbs and aromatics. Rice infused with garlic, onion and another touch cilantro is a natural complement, while sofrito-braised beans and butternut squash layer on even more flavour. Roasted red peppers and onions finish the dish.
